Under General Conditions section, I noticed that the wordings in the AMENDMENTS clause are completely different compared to Amendment clause for MedisaversVIP 2018 policy: “Subject to the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to amend the terms and provisions of this Policy. I Called up Lonpac to check what is my per disability limit. The person said Rm100k. I was shocked as I remembered signing up for 250-SP & from my understanding, it's 1.1mill per disability, not 100k. With recent email sent to the members who have bought plan from Archipelago Insurance that they (Archipelago) will be cancelling the Certificate within 30 days calendar days notice and there will be a refund based on the pro- rated annual contributions made. Members asked when the refund will be made and how much the refund will be made. As far as I am aware, pro- rated annual contributions is only for members who made full payment or EPP scheme. Those who opt for MSI on the GTT plan, are they entitled for the refund as well?

Hi, my downline client has purchased Archipelago medical card as it is a takaful plan, and she has made a claim late last year due to a heart condition (bypass surgery). I understand that Archipelago is sending out a notice that their operation will be ceased and Takaful Malaysia is kind enough is to take over cases from Archipelago. For this case, is Takaful Malaysia will be taking over without underwriting or totally under rejection case?
